At Little Seeds Playgroup, every moment is designed to inspire creativity, build social bonds, and encourage joyful exploration. Our activities include:
- Seasonal Storytelling – Engaging stories that nurture a love for language and imagination.
- Morning Circle – Songs and movement to bring children together in a joyful rhythm.
- Shared Morning Tea – Children help prepare and enjoy food together, fostering care and community.
While children enjoy a mix of guided activities and free play, parents can connect with each other over warm drinks and simple crafts.

Our sessions follow a steady, reassuring routine that helps children feel secure as they explore the world around them. This rhythm supports deep imaginative play and a sense of belonging in a calm, supportive environment.

Little Seeds Playgroup is guided by a trained Steiner Early Childhood educator who provides meaningful, developmentally appropriate experiences for both children and families. Their guidance helps lay the foundation for a smooth transition to Steiner kindergarten. - Building a Strong Sense of Community
To create a consistent and connected experience for children, we encourage families to attend regularly rather than on a casual basis. This helps little ones build confidence and friendships within a familiar group.
PLAYGROUP TIMES & DETAILS
Little Seeds Playgroup meets weekly on Fridays:
- Morning session: 9:15 – 11:15 am
- Afternoon session: 12:00 – 2:00 pm
These sessions offer families a gentle introduction to a Steiner-inspired learning environment before enrolling in kindergarten.
