Planting: Join us for a morning of planting. We’ll be planting in two spaces: a new Primary School sensory garden and in the High School we’ll be planting an edible garden. Projects will be led by teacher volunteers and we’ll be relying on the community to make the vision come to life.
Kup Murri Feast: Planting will be followed by music and a Kup Murri, a traditional Indigenous underground cooking method started before sunrise and cooked slowly throughout the morning, ready for our community to gather and enjoy. Run by Jhindu, our cultural advisor, with students and PAFA.
Donations: Have a veggie patch? We’re looking for donations of locally grown root vegetables and pumpkins for the Kup Murri. Please drop off to the donation basket at Admin in Weeks 5 and 6.
Please register your attendance here. Registering helps us organise the planting teams and food quantities.
